Frequently Contacted Topics & Support Guidelines

How to Report a Bug or Browser Incompatibility

Because ToolVerve executes client-side code across hundreds of browser versions and operating systems, subtle rendering differences occasionally arise. When reporting an issue, please include:

  1. The exact tool URL (e.g., /tools/image-compressor).
  2. Your device operating system and browser version (e.g., Chrome 124 on macOS Sonoma, Safari on iOS 17.4).
  3. The file format and approximate size of the item you were attempting to process.
  4. Any error messages displayed on screen or logged in your browser developer console (F12).

Requesting New Tools & Converters

We actively build new utilities based on community requests. If you frequently need a specific conversion, calculation, or formatting workflow that can be securely achieved client-side without remote server dependencies, email us with your use case. Popular community suggestions are often designed, tested, and deployed within days.

Confidentiality & Compliance Inquiries

Organizations often require verification that ToolVerve complies with internal IT policies, zero-trust security postures, and strict data leakage prevention (DLP) mandates. If your compliance or InfoSec team requires architectural documentation confirming our zero-server-upload implementation, feel free to submit an inquiry through this form.

Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure Guidelines

Security and client privacy are the cornerstones of the ToolVerve architecture. We actively welcome vulnerability reports from independent cybersecurity researchers. If you discover a potential security flaw—such as a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability, a Content Security Policy misconfiguration, or a data-leak vector—please follow responsible disclosure practices:

  • Submit a detailed description of the vulnerability, including step-by-step reproduction instructions and proof-of-concept payloads.
  • Allow a reasonable window of 30 days to remediate the vulnerability prior to public disclosure.
  • Avoid any attempts to degrade service availability, overwhelm infrastructure, or access other users' browser sessions.

Response Time Commitment & Operating Hours

Our support and technical team reviews incoming inquiries Monday through Friday across global timezones. We strive to acknowledge all legitimate security disclosures and critical bug reports within 24 hours. General feedback, feature requests, and usage inquiries typically receive a detailed reply within 48 business hours.

Please note that because ToolVerve does not maintain user accounts or store user files on remote servers, our support team cannot retrieve lost files, passwords, or forgotten credentials. All file operations take place locally in your device's browser memory.
